This 11-story, 327-unit residential complex in the Navy Yard has three levels of below-grade parking, 20,000 sf of retail space, and a rooftop pool.

FMC provided the following construction materials quality control and inspections for this project:

  • Foundation subgrade testing

  • Drilled piles testing and inspection

  • Soil backfill compaction testing and inspection, including sheeting and shoring

  • Concrete testing for all cast-in-place concrete

  • Steel reinforcement inspections

  • Waterproofing 

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections
