4000 Brandywine Street NW, located at the peak of Wisconsin Avenue and just one block from the entry to the Tenleytown Metro Station (Red Line), offers the convenience of living downtown Washington, DC while being tucked away in a park-like environment. The property is located on the quiet intersection of Brandywine and 40th Street and is a short walk away from Tenleytown’s retail center which caters to all the needs of our future residents including a Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS and more. UIP purchased the building in February of 2016 and will convert the building into luxury rental apartments. 4000 Brandywine Street is expected to deliver in the Spring of 2017.

FMC provided structural design consulting for this project.
