Boathouse is a 10-story property located in the West End’s vibrant and historic Foggy Bottom neighborhood. Originally the Howard Johnson Hotel, the building has since been transformed into a dormitory for George Washington University students. The property boasts a Walkscore of 97 and offers close proximity to the Foggy Bottom Metro station and Georgetown waterfront. UIP converted the property into a Mixed-Use building with 250 apartments and 5,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
