This project consists of a new 5 story with a one level below grade; mixed-use academic building which includes wet and dry laboratories, instructional space, research support space, ground floor retail, and centralized offices for faculty, students and academic staff.

The services provided by FMC & Associates, LLC include: preconstruction survey and cleaning CCRV inspections; three dimensional survey monitoring on adjacent structures and SOE systems; inspections of sheeting and shoring for SOE that involved proof test on each tiebacks; inspections of the installation of more than 300 grouted columns for ground improvements; material testing for concrete, soils, asphalt and aggregates; evaluation of bearing capacity; inspection of rebar placements, concrete placement and earthworks; inspections of waterproofing, and floor flatness and levelness.
